a little girl. This passion inspired her to start her
business
RubicPortraits in 1999, specializing in customized oil
painting and charcoal drawing for private
customers and corporations.

graduating from college in the advertising field and
getting a corporate job, I decided I wasn’t on
the right
career path, and that my true love was painting portraits.
I decided that in order for me to fulfill my passion,
I must
take the road less travelled and pursue a career as
an artist.
